Since its introduction in August 2006, the Royal Mail’s Pricing in Proportion structure, shook up the way the people of the UK send their mail.

Post would not only be charged by weight, but from then on, be also priced by its size.

This lead to confusion amongst the general public on how to package their post properly, and essentially cost small and large businesses alike, time and money in checking sizes to fit in with the new guidelines (or avoid them!)

To assist people sending their post in the UK, Mediamailing has launched their very own postal solution to ease the need of measuring parcels and packages by providing a mailing solution sized exactly to Royal Mail’s “Large Letter” format. This fixed size mailer maximises the space allowed for mail and still falls within the criteria of a “Large Letter”, therefore saving money to the sender.

Mediamailing are pleased to announce the forthcoming release of our new range of Wrapro Book Mailers.

Since joining Amazon in December 2006, we have already been inundated with requests from fellow users, and internet retailers to launch our Wrapro mailer for Books.

Well, how could we not listen? (after all, we are going to do them anyway!)

With the almost overnight success of our CD Mailers, DVD Mailers and Record Mailers, we hope this popularity continues into our new forthcoming products.

Packaging for books is often a debatable issue, reading many blogs and posts from worldwide users, we recognise that there is a demand for off the shelf solutions.

Everyone has their own method for packaging books, some prefer to use a bog standard padded mailer, some go to town with over engineering a pack from scrap materials laying around.
